Le Corbusier – Maison dite Vrinat – cité Frugès, Pessac, 1924

Located within the famous Cité Frugès in Pessac (France), the House of Vrinat It is an example of an experimental home conceived by Le Corbusier in the early 20s. The project, which develops through a vertical assembly, is distinguished by the integration of living spaces, parking, and a suspended garden terrace—an idea that anticipates themes the master would develop more fully in later years.
The “hanging garden” terrace is accessible via an external staircase.
On the ground floor: entrance hall, hall, stairs, and parking. On the first floor: living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom.
On the second level: large terrace, partially covered in the central part.
