Złota 44 is a 192-metre-high, 52-storey residential skyscraper in central Warsaw, Poland. It was designed by American architect Daniel Libeskind.
The name Złota 44 comes from the address of the building – Złota (“Golden”) Street. It is located near the Palace of Culture and Science, the tallest building in Poland (237 m), and the Złote Tarasy shopping center. At 192 meters high, it is the sixth tallest skyscraper in Warsaw.
Złota 44 is one of the tallest residential buildings in Poland and the European Union. It is a 52-storey luxury skyscraper containing 287 apartments. All apartments will be equipped with a home management system (HMS), which facilitates the control of air conditioning, blinds, heating, lighting and allows the possibility of placing online orders from restaurants or other services. All residents will receive a security card, which allows them to access only the floor where their apartment is located.
