Consent to the processing of personal data is collected in order to complete the purchase order of CAD drawing files and/or subscription for online download and manage the resulting accounting and administrative obligations.
Consent to the processing of personal data is also collected in order to subsequently inform about training and cultural initiatives, new publications and editorial promotions, market research, technological and product news.
Personal data are processed with the aid of computer systems by Archweb.com personnel trained for this purpose and are stored for ten years in order to comply with the obligation to retain administrative documents.
For the purpose of informing about educational and cultural initiatives, new publications and editorial promotions, market research, technological and product news, the data is stored until people demonstrate interest in such information without requesting cancellation from specific newsletters.

Individuals may at any time revoke their consent and exercise the rights provided for by art. 15 (right of access), art. 16 (right of rectification), art. 17 (right to erasure), art. 18 (right to restriction of processing), art. 20 (right to data portability), art. 21 (right to object) and possibly lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. No automated decision-making processes are envisaged.

The communication of personal data is a necessary requirement for the execution of the order sent.
