Eduardo Elísio Machado Souto de Moura (Oporto, 25 July 1952) is a Portuguese architect.
Son of the doctor José Alberto Souto de Moura and Maria Teresa Ramos Machado, his brother José Souto de Moura, was Minister of Justice of Portugal.
