Victor Bourgeois (Charleroi, 29 August 1897 - Brussels, 24 July 1962) was a Belgian architect and urban planner, considered the greatest exponent of the "Modern Movement" in his country.
He studied at the Académie Royale des Beaux Arts and Ecole des Arts Décoratifs in Brussels from 1914 to 1918. Together with his brother Pierre Bourgeois, poet, writer and later also filmmaker, he founded several magazines: Au Volant (1919), ....
