Domitian's Palace
Domitian's palace was the main imperial complex on the Palatine hill, which replaced a series of older buildings ranging from the republican to the black age. It is made up of three sectors: the Domus Flavia, the Domus Augustana and the Palatine Stadium.
The huge complex occupied the entire central part of the Palatine from the end of the 1st century, replacing older buildings dating from the Republic to Nero .
