Architect: Alberto Campo Baeza. Location: Vicálvaro, Madrid, Spain. Project: 1998. Area: 320sqm. Collaborators: Gonzalo Torcal Fdez-Corugedo. Structure: Mª Concepción Pérez Gutiérrez.

This is a little house where spaces are articulated in such a way as to get a big house.
On the small plot, 12×8 m, the zoning requires the structure to be separated 4 m from the street and 4 m from the back. We excavate a complete basement and raise three levels. On the ground floor a hole is opened, and the rear patio is glazed in a such way that a diagonal space crossed by diagonal sunlight is produced. Once more a diagonal space with diagonal light, this time with the precision of clockwork.
