The Iberê Camargo Foundation is a cultural institution and museum located in Porto Alegre, Brazil. The Foundation is committed to preserving and promoting the work of Brazilian painter Iberê Camargo (1914-1994).
“The main volume emerges from the background of the vegetation that covers the slope, occupying a concave space at the foot of the latter and is composed of the superposition of four irregularly shaped floors, including the ground floor at the base. The volume is delimited by two straight and almost orthogonal fronts to the south and west, and by an undulating front to the north and east.”
