The Palace of Receptions and Congresses, or more informally the Palazzo dei Congressi, is an iconic structure located in the Eur district of Rome, Italy. Designed by architect Adalberto Libera and begun in 1938, it is one of the main examples of Italian rationalist architecture. Its construction took place during the fascist regime, on the occasion of the Universal Exposition of Rome (EUR) of 1942. Due to the Second World War, the Exposition did not take place and the building was completed in 1954.

The structure is characterized by clean lines, simple geometric shapes and large interior spaces, reflecting the aesthetic and functional ideals of rationalism. The Palazzo dei Congressi was designed to host events, congresses and conferences, and has become one of the symbolic places of EUR and an important center for cultural and business activities in Rome.
