Tax: 2021 sites are online for sending ecobonus and home bonus data to ENEA
Rome January 26, 2021 - The
Ecobonus 2021 and
Bonus Casa 2021 sites are operational, through which the data relating to energy efficiency interventions with completion of works in 2021 can be transmitted to ENEA, which can benefit from tax deductions. The deadline for sending data is 90 days from the date of completion of the work; for all interventions concluded between January 1, 2021 and January 25, 2021, the 90-day deadline runs from January 25, 2021.
ENEA must be sent:
- the data relating to the energy requalification of the existing building stock (incentives of 50%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%) and the facade bonus data (incentives of 90%) must be entered in the eco-bonus section;
- the data for energy saving and use of renewable sources that take advantage of tax deductions for building renovations must be entered in the home bonus section.

Bonus Casa 2021 sites can be reached from the
detrazionifiscali.enea.it portal from which you can also access the site dedicated to the Superbonus for 110% tax deductions.
