Design scheme of a standard module for a call center, easily reproducible and assembled, with a functional layout for 20 operational workstations and 2 supervisor workstations in each module.
We propose a scheme in which three basic modules have been integrated.
Operating Stations:
- 20 workstations arranged in parallel rows or in clusters (groups of 4 or 5), with 120 cm high acoustic dividers to ensure privacy and concentration.
- Each workstation includes a modular desk (80×60 cm), an ergonomic chair and cabling for headphones and devices.
Supervisor Stations:
- 2 stations located in a strategic position for a complete view of the operating area.
- Slightly larger desks with possibly multiple screens for monitoring.
