DESCRIPTION OF WORKING - PHASES - WORK PROGRAM (Gantt chart)
The Gantt chart is a project management support tool, named in memory of the American engineer Henry Lawrence Gantt (1861-1919), who was involved in social sciences and who conceived it in 1917.
Features
The Gantt chart used mainly in project management activities, is constructed starting from a horizontal axis - representing the total time frame of the project, divided into incremental phases (for example, days, weeks, months) - and from a vertical axis - to represent the tasks or activities that make up the project.
