Design scheme of a single-family house developed around a central internal patio.
This element serves both a distributive and environmental purpose. It organizes the spaces of the residence and ensures visual continuity between interior and exterior.

The single-level layout features a simple and functional layout. The living area is located in the lower section of the floor plan. It comprises a living room, dining area, and open-plan kitchen, all overlooking the patio and garden. Furthermore, large windows allow natural light and cross-ventilation, strengthening the connection with the surrounding green spaces.

The sleeping area is organised in a more private manner along the upper sides of the composition.
It includes bedrooms, bathrooms, and support spaces. The central patio, treated as an internal garden, becomes the heart of the home. It is a protected and intimate space that improves the quality of life. It also brings natural light even into the most interior spaces.

The project highlights a focus on volumetric simplicity and the quality of the domestic open space. The paved outdoor paths, green areas, and tree layout contribute to a balanced residential layout. This solution is suitable for both urban settings and those immersed in the landscape.

The scheme can represent a useful design reference for contemporary homes with internal courtyards.
