Design suggestions

Particular attention must be paid to the layout of the shooting range, whether it is the club headquarters or another space occasionally used for shooting activities, in relation to the possible presence of the public and the type of use of the surrounding areas.
Below are the measures necessary to ensure that sporting activities are carried out safely, in accordance with the current technical regulations valid for the organisation of competitions.
It is reasonable to hypothesize differentiated solutions depending on the characteristics of the terrain and the usable spaces, as well as the type of activity practiced, following a risk assessment carried out by safety managers as indicated in these guidelines.

We also point out that:
in compliance with the provisions of art. 12, paragraph 2 of the CONI Regulations for Sports Facilities approved by the National Council with resolution no. 1379 of 25 June 2008, Fitarco establishes that for competitive and non-competitive sports practice and for the exercise of archery, said discipline requires sanitation adequate for the number of participants present on the field at the same time, divided into men and women, plus a toilet for people with disabilities.

The practice of archery, whether competitive, non-competitive or for exercise, as a sport with low cardio-circulatory effort and therefore with hygienic-health needs not comparable to other sports (football, volleyball, basketball, athletics, etc.) NOT REQUIRED of rooms used as changing rooms for both men and women, much less showers for both athletes and race judges.

If the structure is suitable as a competition field, it must have adequate toilet facilities, including mobile ones, an anti-doping room and an infirmary. If the sports facility should host national or international level competitions, it must increase the aforementioned toilet facilities, due to the presence of the public, also with mobile structures separate from those serving the athletes.
