Project plan of a 90 m2 country house on one level with open space living area, laundry room, 2 bathrooms, XNUMX bedrooms (double and single) and hobby room/study.
The house is surrounded by a paved area with the outdoor dining area covered by a canopy made of main beams and wooden joists, preferably in weather-resistant woods such as larch or chestnut. The pergola is designed to accommodate climbing plants, such as Virginia creeper, creating natural and pleasant shade. The outdoor space is completed by a garden in the front and a vegetable garden in the back of the house.
The elevation highlights the architectural features of the building, including the use of traditional materials such as exposed brick, wooden shutters and a pitched roof with tiles.
