Basement dedicated to free time and functional support for the house with a covered garage with driveway access and equipped laundry room.
Attic floor plan with a second bedroom ideal for children or guests, a second bathroom, a living room, a gym and two large terraces each with perimeter green tubs (climbing vegetation, grasses, small shrubs).
