Coworking dwg 01
1:100 scale plan
The floor plan represents a fluidly organized coworking environment, with a spatial distribution that favors both individual work and collaborative activities. The overall layout is punctuated by mostly glass walls and light furnishings, allowing for good visual permeability between the various areas.
There are two potential entrances to the area: through the door, you enter a welcoming space with sofas, armchairs, and a small front-office desk. It's a casual environment designed for short waits, quick meetings, and relaxing moments.
Open space operation
Proceeding to the left, a large open area develops, equipped with several linear stations.
Here, single or grouped desks are located, designed for permanent workers or those who need temporary support. The room's irregular geometry helps create niches and micro-environments, making the space less anonymous and more comfortable.
Central meeting room
At the center of the floor plan is a glass-enclosed meeting room. Inside, there's a large circular table and several additional workstations around the perimeter. This central location allows it to be used as a communications hub, without disrupting other work areas.
On the right side of the floor plan, we find a more private area, a small office space dedicated to the executive desk. Here, privacy is enhanced by the partition walls.
Lounge / relaxation area
On the lower right side, there's a larger relaxation area with wooden steps providing seating for a very informal atmosphere. It's a place designed for breaks, spontaneous brainstorming, or less formal meetings.
