Technical Description
Elevator belts are used in grape reception and selection lines, upstream or downstream of destemmers, as elements for transporting the product between the different machines. They also facilitate grape loading operations in the presses and allow the creation of modular selection and sorting lines, without having to resort to expensive raising structures for the different machines in the line.
The elevator belts are made of a support frame made of folded Aisi 304 stainless steel sheets. The frame is open for easy access and cleaning and is complete with a washing bar. A hydraulic jack with manual pump allows you to adjust the inclination between 30° and 45° and consequently the unloading height. The elevator belt is equipped as standard with a magnetothermal switch with start-stop selector and electronic speed variator with inverter.
