Schematic-project of a building but which can also be defined as the stairwell of a linear building: plan of the ground floor and of the typical floor, elevation and section.
Il ground floor is dedicated to commercial and professional activities. Various types of shops and professional studios are planned, with a layout that allows easy access for passers-by and customers.
Each store is exposed to the outside with large windows for greater visibility and commercial attractiveness.
The main entrance to the residential block is set back from the commercial area; next to the ladder block are provided tubs of green with various types of vegetation on each floor. The green tubs, placed at the height of each floor, are a distinctive feature of the facade, making the building more visually pleasing but also contributing to ennobling each individual landing.
Each residential plan consists 4 apartments divided into 2 types: Type A, apartment with a surface area of 125 mXNUMX and type B, apartment with a surface area of 100 mXNUMX.
All apartments have a deep loggia of between 8 and 10 mXNUMX with a sunshade screen at the top of the opening.
Il prospectus of the residential block shows a modern and elegant facade, with a symmetrical design and large windows for natural lighting.
La section of the building shows the distribution of internal and external spaces; on the ground floor, the spaces dedicated to shops and professional studios are highlighted.
