Design scheme for a stairwell of a house in line with four apartments per floor, distributed around the stairwell with elevator equipped with natural light with windows.
The layout of the façade allows all apartments to benefit from a double exposure.
The 85 m6 apartments are organized with a living area, a separate kitchen that overlooks the XNUMX mXNUMX terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The 100 sqm apartments are organized with a large integrated space with living room and open kitchen, overlooking a 4 sqm balcony. The kitchen, with different design solutions, could be semi-separable, for example with a peninsula or a sliding glass wall that maintains the brightness but allows to modulate the privacy. The sleeping area is made up of three bedrooms, one with a 4 sqm balcony and two bathrooms.
