Plan at 1:100 and 1:200 scale

Design scheme for a linear residential building, featuring a complex floor plan that alternates slight angles, creating dynamism and encouraging openings to the outside.
Each block is organized around a central stairwell, which distributes two apartments per floor.
The apartments are mirrored and have a clear distinction between the living area and the sleeping area:

Living area: large living room and dining room, overlooking deep and bright terraces.
Sleeping area: well-separated bedrooms and bathrooms, with a compact and functional layout.
Outdoor spaces: green terraces and loggias, which create continuity between inside and outside and guarantee a direct view of the common areas and the landscape.
The surface area of each apartment is 110 mXNUMX.

Each landing overlooks a green space on either side of the elevator.
The linear arrangement of the stairwells creates a dynamic, non-rigid façade, with an alternation of solids and voids that makes the building lighter and more integrated with any surrounding greenery.

The 1:100 scale highlights in detail the internal distribution of each unit.
The 1:200 scale shows the overall effect of the aggregation of the modules, underlining the rhythm and scansion of the spaces.
