Design scheme for row houses
This DWG drawing features a type of housing in line organised around a central stairwell-lift block which distributes two mirrored apartments per floor.
The solution is based on a symmetrical and rational floor plan, designed to optimize internal circulation, system distribution, and construction repeatability.
Each unit features a clear separation between living and sleeping areas, with the living room opening onto the main balcony/loggia. The service block is centrally located to reduce distances between utilities and improve distribution efficiency.
This compact and modular configuration is particularly suited to residential buildings, as it allows for cost-effective construction, ease of replication, and functional quality of space.
