Project scheme for a residential facility for the elderly. The scheme has two or more levels. On the ground floor there is a large internal patio garden, useful on sunny days to go outside in a protected way. The rooms are all single with en suite bathroom. There is a not very large dining area because it is possible to eat in the room, the kitchen, a relaxation area with full view on the patio, a room for leisure and board games, with doors to isolate it so as not to disturb the rooms nearby.
On the first floor beyond the bedrooms there is a terrace partially in the garden with a long seat as an outdoor meeting place.
Planned beds: 5 on the ground floor and 9 on the standard floor. Size of the residential block, about 25 meters per side.
