Design scheme of a building with 5 floors above ground and 1 underground floor for parking. On the ground floor there is a single apartment with a patio while on the upper levels there are 2 apartments on each floor.
The two separate bodies of the apartments are joined by a distribution gallery accompanied by green surfaces.
The 2 apartments on the standard floor are approximately 85 m
2 each consisting of a dining-living area, separate kitchen, sleeping area with bedroom with en suite bathroom, second bedroom and bathroom.
The solution lends itself to being mirrored; a "
residential-building-03" variant has been developed.
