Design scheme of a building with 5 floors above ground and 1 underground floor for parking. On the ground floor there are two apartments with patios while on the upper levels there are 4 apartments on each floor.
The two separate bodies of the apartments are joined by a distribution gallery accompanied by green surfaces.
The apartments on the standard floor are approximately 85 square meters each consisting of a dining-living area, separate kitchen, sleeping area with bedroom and en suite bathroom, second bedroom and second bathroom.
