Row houses 1-2 levels

Row houses with 5 accommodation modules on two levels. The housing of one of the two ends or even of both ends differs for a greater surface area so as to determine also a more articulated header solution. The second level is characterized by the alternation between the full and the void of the cover which can be partly practicable. On the second level there are also several internal solutions, in one case the double height, a study area overlooks the lower living room. An apartment that does not require the second bedroom has a livable terrace, partially covered or even shaded. An apartment has the normal sleeping area with a large terrace. In the serial arrangement, the different types of housing can alternate according to the needs of the designer and future acquirers.
