The thickness of an internal door depends on the material used and the type of insulation required. A quality door generally has a thickness ranging from 35 mm to 45 mm, but can vary based on the model and the specific needs for resistance or soundproofing.

Wall thickness
Internal doors adapt to different wall thicknesses. If the wall is particularly thick (for example, in older homes with stone or brick walls), it may be necessary to use custom frames to adapt. In the case of thinner walls (for example plasterboard or lightweight walls), the door can be mounted directly on the standard frame.
