The living area is conceived as a large and bright open space, in which the kitchen, dining area and living room communicate in visual continuity, although they can be separated with furniture elements or walls depending on the needs.
The living area is organized with a multifunctional wall unit which occupies the entire length of one of the main walls: a bioethanol fireplace is integrated in the centre, framed by bookcase modules and closed compartments with glass doors; the lower part houses storage bases; a portion of the wall is intended for smart working station, with a desk between bookcase modules and shelves.
They complete the living area two service areas, uncommitted but easily accessible: the courtesy bathroom , Laundry.
