The design scheme concerns a multi-family residence composed of four apartments: two units are located on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
La general plan shows the layout of the residence within the lot, highlighting the green areas, the courtyard and the entrances.
Il ground floor It consists of two apartments, each with a living room with kitchenette, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, closet, cellar and garage.
Al focus on two apartments with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 1 closet.
Each unit has large balconies and terraces, featuring exposed brick parapets with integrated planters, a distinctive element of the project.
The four prospects highlight the architectural features of the building, including: the use of traditional materials such as exposed brick, aluminum shutters, and roofing with concrete tiles similar to terracotta tiles.
