Office building – Distribution plan

The design scheme presents a planimetric distribution of the type linear and bilaterala central corridor which acts as the main distribution axis. On both sides of the corridor there are independent offices and service spaces, organized in a modular way and easily adaptable to different work needs.

Le operating units They vary in size: they alternate between single and double offices, meeting rooms, and waiting areas. Each space is furnished with ergonomic workstations, meeting tables, and supporting furniture, optimizing the use of space.

At the center of the floor is placed the technical core with stairwell and elevators to ensure functional distribution.
In the terminal areas of the corridor there are executive environments or more representative meeting rooms, easily accessible but separated from the operational areas to ensure privacy and tranquility.
