This office design is organized around a large central open-plan space. This space serves as the operational and distribution hub of the entire layout.

The layout is clearly visible: along the perimeter, an orderly sequence of individual, enclosed offices extends, arranged on three sides. Each office has its own workstation and natural lighting provided by floor-to-ceiling windows. This solution allows for privacy and concentration during activities that require isolation. However, the connection with the outside light is not sacrificed.

The heart of the project is the large, flexible central space, designed for collaborative work.
Here, there are several work islands with shared tables, a main reception/desk, and informal areas for quick meetings. The layout is fluid, without rigid paths, allowing for easy reconfiguration of the furniture.

On the left side, a large main meeting room stands out, featuring a formal oval table. A second, more informal meeting area with round tables is located in the lower part of the floor plan. Further inside, there is another enclosed meeting room, suitable for more private gatherings.

At the center of the layout is a compact service block that integrates a break/kitchen area and support functions. It is designed as a central service element, easily accessible from all areas.
The presence of a decorative green band helps improve spatial quality and visual comfort.

The restrooms, arranged symmetrically for men and women, are located in the lower section of the floor plan, with separate anterooms and sinks. Near the main entrance is a lounge/waiting area furnished with sofas. This area provides a welcoming introduction to the workspace.

On the right side is the stairwell with elevator, which defines the vertical connection node and structures one of the main accesses to the office.

Overall, the project effectively balances closed and open spaces. It integrates operational, representative, and service functions in a clear, functional layout that can easily adapt to different organizational needs.
