Office design scheme representing a functional portion of a larger operational area, to be considered incomplete as it lacks some fundamental service spaces (such as toilets, technical rooms or support spaces), which must necessarily be provided for.

The main operating environments are already present within the scheme, including:

a reception for reception and access filtering;
an area and cleaner open space with merged operating stations;
offices closed both single and multi-person, designed to ensure concentration and privacy;
a meeting room 12-seater, designed for internal and external meetings;
a local kitchen/break area, for staff breaks;
a space for archives and document preservation.
