Planting scheme of a terrace with cuttings on artificial embankments. The structure is carried out at the same time as the formation of the various layers of the embankment, planting on the upper part of each single layer, a bed of cuttings covered by the material of the next layer. The branches must protrude from the ground by about 25 cm. With this system, in addition to the greening of the structure, a notable increase in stability is obtained due to the draining and consolidating action of the plants.
