Urban paving with a central path and lateral “comb” spaces with different alternating materials: concrete surfaces, beaten earth, cobblestones, slabs of local natural stone and travertine; green surfaces with lawn and cultivated with plants and shrubs.
The drawing depicts a type of urban paving that develops with a central path in self-leveling quartz concrete, with lateral branches. The fabric of the entire paving varies especially in materials, in fact alternating green spaces, travertine slabs, beaten earth surfaces, areas made up of rounded cobblestones and water surfaces with a gravel base. There are also small changes in height where cultivated green surfaces are imagined. The path converges in a central square with a large body of water. The path is dynamic and well studied, to be imagined for example as paving for seafronts and pedestrian walks.
