PHASE 2 Destemmer Crusher

Technical Description
Machine designed for processing whole or mechanically harvested grapes. Frame and carpentry completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Emergency and operator safety devices, compliant with European Directive 2006/42/CE (Machinery). Electrical panel compliant with European Directives 2006/95/CE (LV) and 2004/108/CE (EMC).
The machine consists of two independent units: the destemming unit and the crushing unit.

Destemming unit
The destemming unit consists of a cage with drawn holes, inside which the beater rotates. Both are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Cages with different sizes and hole distributions are available. The distance and inclination of the beater elements is mechanically adjustable.
The speeds of the beater and cage are adjustable via inverter.

Pressing unit
The crushing unit consists of two crushing rollers made of rubber suitable for food contact. Each roller is molded in a single piece to facilitate sanitization and cleaning operations.
The distance between the rollers is adjustable to avoid crushing the grape seeds and to ensure correct pressing of the grapes. The combined rotation and the possibility of adjustment allow maximum flexibility and quality of the processed product.
The pressing unit is removable for easy cleaning and to exclude pressing depending on the cellar's requirements.
