Technical Description
Horizontal rotary winemaker, suitable for the fermentation and maceration of grapes.
The product can be fed through the door on the cylindrical body or through a ball feed valve (optional) on the conical bottom.
The liquid is drained through special mirror-polished channels to facilitate cleaning and equipped with quick-fit bayonet devices that make their assembly and disassembly quick and easy.
In the working position, a vent valve allows the gas released during fermentation to escape.
An additional safety valve ensures venting even in the event of a malfunction of the main valve.
The CLASSIC horizontal winemaker is equipped with an automatic system for regulating the temperature of the must being processed with heat exchange pockets welded to the tank, rotating joint, temperature probe and electronic control system.
Electrical panel with Aisi 304 stainless steel case on an independent support, with PLC for managing manual operations and automatic sequences.
