PHASE 6 Filtration
The MicroFlex filtration system is an orthogonal cartridge filtration system characterized by high automation. The Intelliflex software (patent pending) is able to manage and optimize the entire filtration process in a fully automatic way thanks to the continuous monitoring and processing of the filtration parameters.
The Microflex12 model automatically manages all filtration operations and requires operator intervention for washing operations. Microflex24 and Microflex48 models automatically manage all filtration and washing operations without any operator intervention. The MicroFlex filtration system was designed to treat white and red wine, both still and sparkling. The plant is suitable for the filtration of clear musts.
