The MicroFlex filtration system is a highly automated orthogonal cartridge filtration system. The Intelliflex software (patent pending) is able to manage and optimize the entire filtration process in a completely automatic manner thanks to the continuous monitoring and processing of the filtration parameters.
The Microflex12 model automatically manages all filtration operations and requires operator intervention for washing operations. The Microflex24 and Microflex48 models automatically manage all filtration and washing operations without any operator intervention. The MicroFlex filtration system has been designed to treat white and red wine, both still and sparkling. The system is suitable for filtering clear musts.
