Technical description
The AlcoFlex filtration system is a dealcoholation system that allows to lower the alcohol content of wines and musts in fermentation at ordinary temperature and pressure, limiting stress for the product and ensuring compliance with quality.
The plant is equipped with a service circuit dedicated to the recirculation of the dealcoholation water, and a process circuit that deals with the recirculation of the wine to be treated. During the dealcoholation process the water is progressively enriched with alcohol coming from the mass of wine to be treated which consequently is impoverished.
In no case do the two fluids come into direct contact, and the system is constructed in such a way that even in the event of a break the process water can never pass into the wine circuit.
