PHASE 7 Dealcoholization

Technical Description
The AlcoFlex filtration system is a dealcoholization system that allows the alcohol content of wines and musts in fermentation to be lowered at ordinary temperatures and pressures, limiting stress on the product and ensuring compliance with quality.
The system is equipped with a service circuit dedicated to the recirculation of the dealcoholization water, and a process circuit that deals with the recirculation of the wine to be treated. During the dealcoholization process, the water is progressively enriched with alcohol coming from the mass of wine to be treated, which is consequently impoverished.
In no case do the two fluids come into direct contact, and the system is constructed in such a way that even in the event of a breakage, the process water can never pass into the wine circuit.
