Design scheme of a building with 5 floors above ground and 1 underground parking floor. On the ground floor there are two apartments with patio while on the upper levels there are 4 apartments for each floor for a total of 18 apartments.
The two separate bodies of the apartments are joined by a distribution balcony accompanied by green surfaces.
The apartments on the standard floor are approximately 85 mXNUMX each and consist of a dining-living area, separate kitchen, sleeping area with bedroom and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom and second bathroom.
This design scheme is an elaboration of the solution “Residential building 02".
