Design scheme of the typical floor plan of a residential building with 3 apartments per floor, each measuring 95 mXNUMX.
The access to the accommodation opens onto the open space living area, a large and bright space, with an open kitchen and a service balcony adjacent to the dining area. The apartment is completed by two bathrooms and two bedrooms, a double and a single.
The heart of each apartment is the 30 mXNUMX loggia, deep and furnished, designed as an outdoor extension of the living room. Not a simple terrace, but an outdoor living room, covered and liveable most of the year. The loggia is protected by a perimeter green pool, which hosts the vegetation.
