The entrance opens onto a space that distributes the kitchen to the left and the living room to the right.
Although the two rooms are visually connected, the space is designed to allow for the kitchen to be separated (via a glass wall, a double sliding door, or similar).
The kitchen is habitable and overlooks a 7 mXNUMX loggia.
The living room features a sofa area and a TV wall unit, and overlooks a 13mXNUMX loggia, which can be used as an outdoor lounge, summer dining area, or relaxation area.
