Tower Building – Description of the typical plans
The design scheme represents the plans of a residential tower building, structured on several levels and characterised by a rational distribution around a central core of services.
The nucleus, located in the center of the plant, includes stairwells, elevators and technical shafts, ensuring structural and system efficiency and easy access to all apartments.
Il distribution landing , ladder internal are illuminated by a large light well central that integrates tubs with green plants, giving quality and value to the common space. On the stairs side, the tubs feature differentiated quotas, creating a pleasant game of movement and depth.
Le housing units they develop radially around the central body, with a faceted planimetric geometry that optimizes sun exposure and panoramic viewsEach floor hosts four main apartments, of different cuts but all equipped with large living areas overlooking terraces or green loggias.
Le bedrooms are arranged towards the quietest and most protected areas of the plant, while the living areas they open outwards with large glass surfaces.
- Plan A (left): it features larger terraces and a greater perimeter development, probably located on the lower floors of the tower, where more generous outdoor spaces are planned.
- Plan B (right): it maintains the same functional distribution, but with slight variations in the external volumes and terraces, indicating a thinning of the tower at the upper levels.
The planimetric organization highlights a project designed to combine living comfort, privacy and brightness, with an intelligent use of the central common spaces and a facade design that alternates full and empty according to the internal function.
