Design scheme of a single-level cottage residence with a walkable roof: the distinctive element is the rhythmic alternation between blind C-shaped volumes/bodies covered in stone and glass cuts (windows or full-height glass walls) that mark the passages between one room and another, as well as the relationship with the outside.
The apartment consists of a large living area with sofas and a large fitted wall, a dining room, a linear kitchen, and a bathroom located near the double bedroom.
All the internal spaces open generously onto the garden, creating continuity with the landscape and offering outdoor living spaces both at ground level and on the roof.
An external staircase leads to the garden terrace. The roof, conceived as a usable space, has a portion organized as a hanging green area, with suitable flooring. The terrace lends itself to hosting a small solarium area, sofas, table and seats for convivial moments.
