The plan depicts an elegant master bedroom suite equipped with comforts such as a walk-in closet, en suite bathroom and plasterboard lowerings with spotlight lighting. The bedroom (4,95 x 3,7 meters) has two large French windows that give access to a possible terrace, a double bed with bedside tables, chest of drawers, TV cabinet and a bench at the foot of the bed. The walk-in closet (1,9 x 2,6 meters), lit by three recessed spotlights, has an L-shaped shelving unit and a comfortable armchair. The bathroom (1,65 x 3,7 meters) has an anteroom with a single-bowl sink while the shower cubicle and sanitary ware are hidden behind the dividing wall.
