Terraced house project with classic layout, on the ground floor driveway entrance for the parking space with a small space for the garden. Upon entering we find, open space living room-lounge, closed kitchen with dining table nearby, day bathroom with private entrance door. The living area overlooks the garden with a large window and a loggia useful for breakfast.
On the first floor, bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, small bedroom with bathroom, both bedrooms with large habitable loggia.
The different distribution between the two levels offers elevations with a strong alternation between full and empty along the two diagonals, this effect can be strengthened by a different coloring of the surfaces. The proposed aggregation on the entrance elevation is based on the module of two mirrored apartments but can be made more interesting with the simple serial repetition. (without mirroring)
