Floor plans of a terraced house with 56 m accommodation2 on the ground floor and 60 m2 on the first floor.
One of the possible changes is the one we proposed in the project plan terraced house 21, that is, moving the kitchen into the laundry space. The first floor features a large living room-TV that overlooks a loggia. An interesting modification could be to reduce the space of the living room while increasing that of the loggia, thus making it much more habitable with a table and chairs outside.
