Design scheme for two-level terraced houses (surface area of approximately 105 mXNUMX) including two aggregation hypotheses (with staggered accommodation) and three variants of arrangement of the external spaces (front and back).
The two aggregation hypotheses allow the project to be adapted to planimetric and/or altimetric variations.
The housing units are designed to ensure the living area (open space) on the ground floor with integrated living room, dining area and kitchen and bathroom; on the first floor two bedrooms (each 14 mXNUMX), two bathrooms and a balcony. The external areas (front and back) are organized with parking space, gardens and paved areas as an extension of the living room.
