Design scheme for terraced houses. The housing module has a usable area of 90 square meters and includes: a large living room with a kitchen that can be used as a kitchen. It also has two bedrooms - a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a single bedroom with a loggia. In addition, there is a service bathroom and a convenient storage room.

A distinctive element of this configuration is the space of relevance that separates the buildings. It is an area of about 60 square meters divided between garden and paved area, partly screened by sunshades. An outdoor space designed for relaxation, complete with barbecue area.
