The project proposes a typology of contemporary terraced house, organized on a single level. It is characterized by a clear separation between the living area and the sleeping area. The elongated rectangular plan is developed around a large central open spaceThis space acts as the visual and functional hub of the home: a paved patio with a pool and relaxation area. It's the true heart of outdoor living.

On the main front there is the driveway with double garage.
The living area, large and bright, integrates living room, dining room and kitchen island In a single, fluid space. This space overlooks the patio thanks to large glass windows. These openings ensure continuity between interior and exterior.
La sleepingThe more private villa features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There's a master bedroom suite with a private bathroom and a direct view of the internal garden. An additional study or guest bedroom completes the functional layout. This makes the home suitable for a variety of family needs.

The composition alternates green spaces, stone and wood flooring and simple but well-proportioned volumes. This defines a sober and modern architecture that focuses on living comfort, privacy and quality of open spacesThe use of natural materials and the layout of the rooms suggest a model of sustainable living.

The standard plan, organised on a single level, constitutes the basic unit from which two main settlement configurations derive:

Simple modular aggregation: The units are repeated linearly with the same orientation, creating a compact and regular sequence. This solution emphasizes the visual continuity of the facades and an orderly distribution of outdoor spaces, suitable for homogeneous and medium-density residential contexts.
Aggregation with mirrored modules: Alternatively, the arrangement occurs by juxtaposing mirrored modules. This creates a rhythmic alternation that enriches the spatial perception of the front and guarantees greater privacy between the internal courtyards. The inversion of symmetry also helps diversify the access routes and views.

In both solutions, the terraced system maintains a balance between building density and quality of living. Enhance private open spaces and the visual continuity between interior and exterior.
